1. Services

Technical Lift Services Ltd. provides lift maintenance, repair, modernisation, and compliance services. All services are provided in accordance with relevant UK regulations and industry standards.

2. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. Quotations are based on the information provided and may be subject to change upon inspection.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.

4. Emergency Call-Outs

Emergency call-out services are available 24/7. Response times are provided as estimates and may vary based on location, engineer availability, and traffic conditions. Emergency call-out rates apply outside of normal working hours.

5. Service Coverage

Our standard service area covers Southern England. Services outside this area may be subject to additional travel charges. Please contact us to confirm coverage for your location.

6. Liability

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the scope of work agreed and any negligence on our part. We are not liable for pre-existing defects or issues not caused by our work.

7. Cancellation

Scheduled maintenance visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation charge. Maintenance contracts may be terminated with 30 days written notice.
